The objective of this assignment is to assess the enabling conditions for the implementation of NDC projects in the Republic of Gabon. Specifically, it involves:

• The review, update and alignment of sectoral policies for NDC implementation;
• The assessment of progress in the implementation of NDC relevant projects;
• The Assessment of governance, finance and capacity gaps in NDC implementation;
• Capacity needs assessment and the development of a capacity building action plan for NDC implementation;
• Proposing a system to prioritise NDC projects;
• Proposing a system to monitor the implementation of NDC projects.
