Preparation of GEF Biodiversity Conservation and Restoration Project Document

Fokabs will supoort UNDP and the Government of Djibouti to prepare a GEF project document on « Conserving Biodiversity and Restoring Ecosystem Functions in the Day and Mabla Mountains”. The project components include:

Enhancing protected area system policy and financing framework and emplace management in Day and Mabla PAs.
Safeguarding and restoring rangeland and forest ecosystem functions through forest restoration and sustainable land management in and around the Day and Mabla Pas.
Safeguards, Gender & Knowledge Management
Monitoring and evaluation
