The objective of the project is to conduct a pre-feasibility study for a nature-based solutions carbon project in Western Iberia, including the following specific tasks:
- An overview and comparison of potential methodologies to be used, and a recommendation of which is best suited.
- An analysis of the carbon sequestration potential of the area.
- A general budget for project development, including feasibility study; project design document; verification and validation; issuance; annual verification; and price indexing.
- A basic broad range estimate of emissions for the area, and issuance potential.
- A detailed pre-feasibility report and summary presentation.
