PARTNERS Programme

The EU-funded PARTNERS Programme aims improve the productivity and sustainability of nutrition sensitive agriculture at the level of smallholder farmers. The role of Fokabs is to assess the performance of the programme and capture the programme’s achievements (relative to its targets), challenges, and best practices to inform future similar programming. It will also review the recommendations of the mid-term evaluation and assess the extent to which these were implemented. The evaluation will also ensure accountability towards European Union as a donor and to the beneficiaries and other stakeholders of the programme.

Some of the activities will include:

  1. Review of project documents.
  2. Stakeholder consultations.
  3. Field missions to 7 intervention counties.
  4. Preparation, revision, finalization, and submission of the evaluation report.
