This project aims at promoting Integrated Biomass and Small Hydro Solutions for Productive Uses in Cameroon. Fokabs’ role is to conduct a final project evaluation as per the guidelines of GEF. Key activities include:
- Review of documents and relevant background information on the project.
- Prepare an updated theory of change based on analysis of documentation and the logical framework.
- Develop survey questions and interview protocols, tailored to the project context.
- Briefing with the UNIDO Independent Evaluation Division, project managers and selected key stakeholders at UNIDO headquarter.
- Conduct interviews with key informants, administer the survey, and organize focus group meetings to gather data on project performance.
- Present findings, lessons, good practices, strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations to key stakeholders for feedback to finalize the evaluation report.
- Prepare, revise, and finalize the evaluation report.
