Preparation of Biennial Update Report

The objective of this assignment is to guide the Republic of Congo in the preparation of its Biennial Update Report (BUR) with guidance from UNEP. This will include taking stock, stakeholder consultations, proposing a workplan and preparing a Biennial Update Report for submission to UNFCCC by the Republic of Congo.
