Review of GCF Funding Proposals

The objective of this assignment is to support the GCF Secretariat and particularly the DCP in the assessment of projects and programmes proposed for GCF funding. It will also include providing expert advice on the extent to which ESS, gender and IP issues, risk and potential impacts have been considered, assessed, proposed to be managed and incorporated into projects/programmes proposed for funding, already funded by the GCF or under implementation.
